CSGO/CS2: Best sticker positions for Heavy!

Best sticker positions

Every weapon in CS:GO has an objectively best positioning for Stickers!

So we have taken the time out of our day to show you the best sticker positions for every gun and show you why it simply is the best!

Keep in mind, that the position to where a sticker is applied also factors in the sticker percentage price of said weapon.

The “Best pos” is always tied to the best visibility. Be it in-game or on screenshots.
In this article, we will show you the best positioning for every gun and weapon class in CS:GO.

Getting overpay for stickered skins

Generally speaking, only tournament, old, discontinued, or rare stickers get overpaid, meaning you get more money for your skin if specific stickers have been applied.

Your sticker has to be wanted. A good example of overpay are the following tournament stickers:
- Dreamhack 2013 Souvenirs
- Katowice 2014
- Dreamhack 2014
- Katowice 2015 holos
- Krakow 2017 golds

The LMGs

Negev

1st (best) - back of the body, rightmost position [Here olofmeister]
2nd - middle of the body, directly above the trigger [Here olofmeister]
3rd - on the box magazine, bottom position [Here White Bombster]
4th - front of the body, most left position [Here Howling Dawn]

M249

1st (best) - directly above the grip, close to the stock [Here Cloud 9]
2nd - middle of the body, directly above the trigger [Here mousesports]
3rd - above the trigger, most left position [Here ESL Cologne]
4th - on the box magazine facing the player [here Nex, not visible on the screenshot]

The Shotguns

Nova

1st (best) - directly above the trigger, most right position [Here TSM]
2nd - middle of the body [Here ESL Cologne]
3rd - front of the body, most left position [Here Dupreeh]
4th - before the iron sight, facing the player [here EnVyUs, not visible on the screenshot]

(If the sticker on the 1st best pos is a larger sticker, it can distort or cover the 4th best sticker pos- so apply with caution and care!)

XM1014

1st (best) - directly above the trigger, most right position [Here iBUYPOWER]
2nd - middle of the body [Here Fnatic]
3rd - left on the body [Here Skill Surf]
4th - on the grip, rightmost position [Here ESL Wolf]

Sawed-Off

1st (best) - back of the body, rightmost position [Here PainGaming]
2nd - middle of the body [Here PGL Stockholm]
3rd - front of the body, in front of the barrel [Here Virtus Pro]
4th - on the pump, most left position [Here Inferno]

MAG-7

1st (best) - directly above the magazine [Here LGB Katowice 2014]
2nd - back of the body, rightmost position [Here Vox Katowice 2015]
3rd - middle of the body, directly above the trigger [Here Leaving The Station]
4th - front of the body, most left position [Here Vox Katowice 2014]

Conclusion

Now you know what sticker positions your heavy class can wear. From LMGs to Shotguns, we got you covered.
Always be sure of how much you overpay for stickers and their respective positions.

The sticker positions for the Nova and the M249 are controversial. Some say that our 4th best (also known as “worst pos”) is actually the best sticker position on those guns.
So take it with a grain of salt, and always be cautious when selling.

Four times sticker crafts get around 30-45% of the sticker itself added, but this also varies and can go way higher depending on how rare and demanded the sticker is.
For Katowice 2014 four times crafts, for instance, you will probably pay more than 40+%, seen as not too many exist on good guns or newer skins.
