Today we will bring to you: The Iconic-loadout!
If you are longing for the good old days of CS:GO and if you want to feel young and full of nostalgia every time when you open your inventory or buy a weapon again then this loadout is for you!
This loadout is especially for the players who played CS:GO early on. Most skins from this article were introduced early on after the “Arms Deal-Update”. We took the liberty to extend our criteria for skins to around 2015.
So let’s get into the old but gold items of CS!
The Pistols:
T-skins:
Starting of the old is the Glock-18 | Dragon Tattoo. The second-best Glock back in the day.
If you want to go for the best Glock in CS:GO get yourself the Glock-18 | Fade!
Playing CS:GO Matchmaking just isn’t a Tec-9 | Nuclear Threat, this threat will become a toxic and nuclear reality.
CT-skins:
The CT-side is starting with the iconic USP-S | Orion. This weapon is only available in Tradeups. It was removed after the “Howl-copyright” incident. We still love this skin a lot, and it still has many fans in the community to this date!
To not be stingy we have picked the P2000 | Scorpion.
For those who have never felt the touch of a woman, the Five-SeveN | Kami with Pattern index: 909 will substitute greatly.

If you want a minimalistic Dual skin the Dual Berettas | Black Limba is for you!
Undertow Undertow P250 | Undertow!
We also suggest the P250 | Franklin and show everyone how much cash you have to burn!
Use the CZ75-Auto | Victoria on Eco-rounds to get a quick frag or two.
One of the coolest and most dank Deagle skins is the Desert Eagle | Blaze!
If you are looking for a more budget version of a Deagle skin, we suggest you the Desert Eagle | Golden Koi.
The Fade is an iconic skin itself, but if we think R8 we think, use the Deagle instead…BUT if we think of R8 skins, we think of the R8 Revolver | Fade!
CT-skins:
Send this one to your love on valentines. The MP9 | Rose Iron is a very beautiful skin.

We have chosen the UMP-45 | Blaze because…let’s face it, it is hot!
Our P90 pick is the P90 | Asiimov. Asiimov’s in general are super cool and clean!
The P90 | Death by Kitty is purrfect! Rush B with your kitties and leave behind nothing but bones and fractured skulls (the gun itself has cat skulls depicted on it).
The PP-Bizon | Antique is the kind of gun that your grandpa has left over from 1875!
Rifles:

The Galil AR | Sandstorm is a very early iconic skin for the Galil. We love its different patterns. White, Tan, and Purple. The Sandstorm is a very versatile weapon skin.
One of the most iconic but also controversial skins is the AK-47 | Fire Serpent. Iconic nonetheless. Even though the dragon looks kind of silly…
The AK-47 | Redline used to be a staple of the CS:GO trading scene. Its consistent price was used the same way as keys back in the day: as currency and for pricing items/high tiers. Truly an iconic skin for most OG’s out there!
Grab yourself a nice AK-47 | Case Hardened! Follow the blue and get yourself this nice gem.
We have our fingers on the SG 553 | Pulse of time!
Our Autosniper pick is the G3SG1 | Demeter.
CT-skins:
We have the FAMAS | Spitfire. A skin rich in history, rich in honor, and rich in price. Coming with a price tag in FN of around 100 bucks.
Use the dog water: M4A1-S | Dark Water.
This OG M4A1-S | Knight is also very iconic. We suggest getting this one as a souvenir, seen as the M4A1-S | Knight is cheaper in the souvenir and the gold stickers compliment the skin well. But it also is very expensive!
One of CS:GO’s most iconic weapons, most iconic skins, yes a STAPLE of the entire game is the M4A4 | Howl!
Show this skin to people who have never played or touched CS:GO and they might know where this legendary skin originates from.
Another iconic and cool skin is the M4A4 | Asiimov. We love this skin and its OG feel. It is also more budget than the Howl.
We have chosen the AUG | Akihabara Accept for our weebs in the audience.
What if we told you that your skin reality would be a fake, a simulation?

We can’t leave out the most famous, known, and most iconic CS: GO skin in the history of the game. The AWP | Dragon Lore. A true icon of the game. This skin is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive!
Feel like Thor, the god of thunder! Let your mighty AWP | Lightning Strike and its bang roll around the map.
We have chosen the AWP | Graphite for it is one of the old OG skins. It is very smooth and good-looking. And no, it is not a pencil…
CT-skins:
Buy the MAG-7 | Bulldozer and steamroll your enemies.
Skins for both sides:
The Nova | Tempest is also a name of a Shakespearean play that I have not read.
If you are looking for a cool XM skin, we suggest the XM1014 | Red Leather.
Freeze your enemies and freeze your enemies with the M249 | Blizzard Marbleized.
The M249 | Gator Mesh is iconic but especially in one regard: lowest float!
A Gator Mesh holds the lowest float skin (next to a bugged item with no float at all) with a float value of 0.00000000089966. That has been a lot of zeroes, so don’t be a zero and buy a Gator Mesh!
Don’t waste your chance and buy this Negev | Nuclear Waste. It is not a waste of money seeing as it is fairly cheap.
We have chosen the Negev | Anodized Navy. This gun is used for trade-ups on the Glock-18 | Fade.

This loadout really hits close to home! We hope this trip down memory lane has left you with a warm and familiar feeling inside.
Some of these skins might not be the flashiest or most detailed skins of today, nor pearlescent or 3D looking, but we still really like and appreciate them! These skins have paved the way for all the ones that came after them.
Without your Fades, Asiimovs, and Sandstorms, who could say what direction CS:GO skins would have gone?
